An NCLEX review course for international nurses: your nursing degree and years on the ward are the starting point, not a problem to fix. The course adds the part a foreign program never taught: how the American exam asks its questions.
Nurses with a nursing diploma from another country can prepare for the NCLEX-RN and the U.S. nursing license with Ninara Ibragimova. Only nursing education qualifies: physicians, feldshers, pharmacists and other medical professions cannot sit the exam. Eligibility is decided by NYSED based on your education and documents. A foreign license does not convert automatically. The program covers diploma recognition, the state application, clinical English taught in class, exam preparation and hands-on skills. Eligibility for a New York nursing license is decided by NYSED and depends on your education and documents. A foreign license does not convert automatically. The course helps you study for the exam. It does not decide whether you may sit it.

Concepts you know from school and the ward get their exam wording, and the logic of the exam stops being a surprise. English for clinical work and hands-on skills with real equipment are part of the same program. Many students started with almost no English. How a class is built is shown with photographs and video.
The path to a New York license is the same whatever country your nursing diploma is from: an education review under NYSED Pathway 5, the application, the exam and the remaining requirements. What differs is paperwork: documents that are not in English need an English translation, and your school may need to send records directly. For nurses who study for the NCLEX in English as a second language (ESL), the program teaches clinical English in class and explains the exam logic in Russian.

Only nurses can sit the NCLEX. Physicians, dentists, feldshers, pharmacists, medical assistants, cosmetologists and midwives do not qualify, and the program does not enroll them. If your diploma or degree is in nursing, from any country, the rest is documents and preparation: start here.
Yes. The course adapts what you already know as a nurse to the NCLEX-RN format. Eligibility for the New York exam is decided by NYSED from your education and documents, and a foreign nursing license does not transfer or convert automatically, so the document review runs alongside your study plan.

Yes. The course is built for nurses who trained outside the United States and know the clinical picture from practice but have never met the American exam format. Licensing eligibility still depends on how NYSED evaluates your specific education. The program does not decide that.
Yes. Credentialing is one of the four parts of the program: the diploma evaluation and the New York State application that authorizes you to test. The decision itself belongs to NYSED. The program helps you prepare the steps in the right order.
Any country: the only criterion is that the diploma or degree is in nursing. Most students are Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Kazakh and other nurses trained in the former USSR, which is why explanations are in Russian. Whether a specific diploma qualifies for New York is decided by NYSED.
Not through the NCLEX with that education: the exam is open only to graduates of nursing programs, so NYSED will not authorize a physician, dentist, feldsher or pharmacist to test, and the program does not enroll them. What other routes exist for your profession is a question for NYSED and nursing schools, not for a prep course.
