How the data you leave in the inquiry form and in the chat on this website is handled, and what the Meta Pixel on these pages records.
The inquiry form on this website collects your name, phone, email, whether you hold a nursing diploma and from which country, your preparation stage, English level, previous NCLEX attempts, page language and consent. The webinar form collects name and phone. The data controller is the NCLEX-RN preparation program of Ninara Ibragimova. Inquiries reach the program through a lead-delivery service, the chat runs on LeadConnector, the website is hosted on Vercel. Every page loads the Meta Pixel, which sends Meta the pages you visit and browser data to measure Facebook and Instagram ads. Data is kept as long as a reply requires. You can ask to correct or delete it.

The inquiry form collects your name, phone, email, whether you hold a nursing diploma and from which country, your preparation stage, English level, previous NCLEX attempts, page language and your consent. The webinar form collects your name and phone. The chat in the corner of the page receives the messages and contact details you type yourself. This data is used to reply to you, discuss preparation and, for the webinar, to send the date.
The data controller is the NCLEX-RN preparation program of Ninara Ibragimova. Inquiries are delivered to the program through a lead-delivery service or email. The chat runs on LeadConnector (HighLevel). Sending a message may load a Cloudflare verification step. The website is hosted on Vercel. The map on the contact, Queens and Brooklyn pages is loaded from Google Maps when you open those pages. Advertising measurement runs on the Meta Pixel (see below). These services process data on behalf of the program, only as far as delivery and replies require.
The program advertises on Facebook and Instagram. To see which ads bring visitors and inquiries, every page of this website loads the Meta Pixel. It sends Meta Platforms the address of the page you open, the page you came from, the time of the visit and technical data about your browser and device, and it may set or read Meta cookies. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy and may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can limit this in the ad preferences of your Meta account, by blocking third-party cookies or with a tracker blocker in your browser. The website works without the pixel.
When you tick the consent box in a form, you agree that the program may call and text you at that number about your inquiry, the free webinar and the program, including the webinar link and a reminder. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Your consent and its date are stored with your inquiry. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. The full SMS terms are on the website terms page.
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and to organise study. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete your data: write in the chat or use the details on the contact page. Do not send medical records, identity documents or payment details through the website.
The answers go to the NCLEX-RN preparation program of Ninara Ibragimova through a lead-delivery service, and the program uses them to reply, discuss preparation and, for the webinar, send the date. Your answers are not sold. The Meta Pixel on the website records page visits for advertising measurement, as the privacy notice describes. The chat provider, the lead service and the hosting see only what delivery requires.
Write in the chat in the corner of any page or use the phone on the contact page and name the request: stop contacting me, correct my details or delete them. The program removes the inquiry from its records. Nothing you send through the website is needed after that, so do not resend documents.
